Please make sure that top management and everyone else knows that on Aug. 7 my mom, Helen Powell, was sent over from Dr Chauhan’s office to ER, sent to Outpatient and then was sent back up to the ER.

All of this for frozen blood plasma, due to elevated blood count. After much confusion, she received nothing but the best treatment from everyone including; Georgia in Registration, Olive-Pt Liason, Venaris in triage, Leah-Charge Nurse and Davita, RN. Mama was extremely pleased with Latonya Terry, RN for her kindness and “singing with her”. We don’t remember the tech’s name but she was great also.

Dr Dallara was fantastic as usual. Special thanks to Tracy Barts for her ongoing concern with the process my mom went through.
