I wanted to share with you my experience in the Emergency Department last night. 
From the time we arrived to the time we left we received quality treatment and quality customer service.
The registration clerks, nurses, doctors and technicians were all great.  My compliments and gratefulness is extended to the staff.
I don’t have one complaint.  We were in around 7 pm and were out by around 10:30 pm. 
I know DRMC gets more negative than positive reports. I had to share my experience to let you know.  Things are improving and whatever system you have in place, it’s working.
